Seminars and Support Group Meetings

Monthly New Patient Informational Seminars

Please call (916) 338-7200 to register with our bariatric coordinator. Informational Meetings are from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, located in the Mercy Physicians Plaza, Lukens Auditorium, 6555 Coyle Avenue, Suite 150.

Monthly Support Group Meetings

The following is the schedule for our support group meetings. All patients of Sacramento Bariatric are welcome to attend. The support group meets from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Support groups are educationally based for the postoperative needs of both bypass and lap-band patients. Support groups are coordinated by our nurse practitioner, Sande, and cover such topics as exercise, lifestyle modification, plastic surgery, and interpersonal relationships after bariatric surgery.
