Sacramento Bariatric Medical Associates was founded out of the necessity for
a truly comprehensive care program following obesity surgery.
How to Use Our Site
The site is broken up into three sections:
- the Information Center (see below)
- the Patient Center (see below)
- the Referring Physician Center (see below)
Existing Patients ...
If you're an existing patient, you may log in and use the
Patient Center for your continuing care needs.
You may discuss the new benefits in your life in our private message board, as well as submit
questions via email to your doctor, nurse practitioner, dietitian, exercise specialist, and more.
Use the Information Center to gain knowledge
about your new lifestyle and how to maintain it.
New Patients ...
To calculate your body mass index (BMI),
click here or visit the
Patient Center and click
bmi calculator in the left-hand margin.
The Information Center provides information
about morbid obesity.
Once you have decided that surgery is your best option, please have your physician
(whom you "refer" to this site) visit the
Referring Physician Center so he or she can
determine whether and how your condition will benefit from surgical treatment and the
comprehensive care that we provide.
